My name is Ron Korkut, I am a retired Electrical Engineer and Teacher. At elementary school, I became aware of the fact that something was WRONG about the structure of society. At the university, I learned the NATURAL LAW concept and how to make CONCLUSIVE decisions as an engineer. Court Laws never got into my attention, until I was forcefully evicted from my home for not paying $13 for a substantial reason. Therefore, I got involved with Court Law, I spend months in the Court library, I found one good book that explained the proper court procedures clearly. I followed the RULES, but there was no NO JUSTICE. I found out that they were NOT applying the rules of CONCLUSIVE DECISION MAKING – that is “the RULES of JUDGMENT” and they were not serving NATURAL JUSTICE at all.
Since I was an Electrical Engineer I got an electrical Contractor Certificate from Safety Engineering. After four years of unblemished service, my certificate was canceled without a board hearing on the grounds of Certificate was issued by mistake. That was my second experience with the Administration of JUSTICE. As expected, JUSTICE was not delivered, I lost my business, my home, family, a rental apartment suite, and all my savings on it. I spent two months in hospital, but I survived.
My last experience with the Courts was about a hit and run crime. Someone hit my car in the middle of the Pattullo bridge and ran away. I was so lucky to survive the crash and seek JUSTICE. Since the offender was driving under the liability of ICBC, I was obliged to bring ICBC to JUSTICE. Unfortunately, again, all my efforts FAILED. Chief Justice Hinkson declared me “VEXATIOUS LITIGANT” and restricted my access to Court services. (See REPORT)
Finally, I made my CONCLUSIVE DECISION that: The LAW is HIJACKED and it is impossible to get JUSTICE done in the Courts where they serve TWO KINDS OF JUSTICE and they get away with it. As a VICTIM and a responsible member of the PUBLIC, it was also impossible for me to stay SILENT about the CORRUPTION in the Courts. That is the reason behind setting up this website.
Obviously, I cannot change the system by myself. But, it is the REQUIREMENT OF THE LAW that I must discharge my DUTY to INFORM the Public and expose the CROOKS. Otherwise, I am not a better person than the CROOKS who are USING THE LAW the way they like it.
