SILENCE TO CRIME

CRIME is causing HARM to the members of the PUBLIC without any REASON. Therefore, causing HARM to a member of the PUBLIC is considered CRIME against the PUBLIC.

There are two kinds of CRIMINALS:

1. ACTIVE CRIMINAL, the person who actually commits the CRIME against the PUBLIC,
2. PASSIVE CRIMINAL, the person who is SILENT to the CRIME against the PUBLIC.

Also, there are two kinds of VICTIMS:

  1. VICTIM who resists and takes action against the criminal. That is required by the LAW, because if a victim fails to seek JUSTICE, the criminal may harm other members of the PUBLIC.
  2. VICTIM who stays silent to CRIMINAL. In LAW, silent VICTIMS are NOT VICTIMS, but the helpers of CRIMINALS or PASSIVE CRIMINALS.
