CORRUPTION starts from the COURTS and spreads every aspect of the PUBLIC SERVICE and business.
Therefore, it is IMPOSSIBLE TO STOP CORRUPTION if the top authority in the Court Services dismisses the legal actions of victims of CRIME and serves two kinds of JUSTICE for monetary gain.
Naturally, where the Administration of JUSTICE fails, the DUTY to protect the PUBLIC falls on the members of the PUBLIC. Therefore, every member of the Public is legally obligated to take action against CORRUPTION.
There is no peaceful way to get rid of an authorized person who breaches his DUTY, other than PUBLIC signing an arrest WARRANT and bringing him to JUSTICE before the PUBLIC. It is foolish to refuse to sign the WARRANT assuming that Law Enforcement may not act upon it, because in LAW, WRONG cannot be assumed.
From the point of LAW, FAILURE TO SIGN THE WARRANT is CONSENT to CORRUPTION and tantamount to helping the CROOKS who harm the PUBLIC.
